Coblence avocats is pleased to announce the appointments of Marie-Suzanne Le and Justine Moreau as Counsel, effective January 1, 2024.
Marie-Suzanne Le joined the firm's Real Estate & Construction team in 2017. She practices in both advisory and litigation matters in real estate law, with a particular focus on construction and real estate sales. She advises a clientele mainly made up of institutional investors, social landlords, professional clients and construction companies. With a master's degree in insurance and liability law, she has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.
Justine Moreau joined the firm's Mandataires & Dirigeants team in 2018. Since then, she has acquired solid expertise in assisting and defending executives and corporate officers, both in setting up and structuring their packages and in negotiations linked to their departures. With a master's degree in business law (Master 2 DJCE) from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, she has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013. Justine is also a member of Avosial.
