Coblence avocats strengthens its Corporate Department with the arrival of Grégoire Lepigeon as a partner. He joins a team of 10 lawyers, including 2 partners, Alexandre Brugière and Ludovic Dorès.
Grégoire Lepigeon has developed recognized expertise in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He is involved in fund-raising, external growth and business transfers, as well as management packages. He works with ETIs and growth companies in sectors such as the Internet and IT, distribution, food and beverages, medical and consulting.
He co-founded Pevensey in 2013, after graduating with an MBA from ESSEC in 2012 and a Master 2 in Business Law and Tax from Paris II - Panthéon Assas in 2009.
