Coblence avocats strengthens its Employment law department with the arrival of Myrtille Lapuelle as partner.
Myrtille Lapuelle’s has developed a renowned expertise in the area of Employment and Labor law. She provides both advisory and litigation services to French and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective issues.
She has also developed special skills in the implementation of complex projects such as restructuring or M&A transactions, including the audit and strategics steps, as well during as the execution of the transaction. Recently, she advised the French platform Docebo in connection with the social aspects of the acquisition of ForMetris, the world leader in training, and the investment fund, Capza, with the acquisition of Time for Growth.
Prior to joining Coblence avocats, Myrtille has been associate at Eversheds, White & Case and Wragge & Co before promoted counsel in 2013 at McDermott, Will & Emery and then partner at Eversheds in 2019. She holds an advanced degree (DESS) in International Law and a Master's degree in Business Law (University of Social Sciences of Toulouse).
