Coblence avocats has advised the shareholders of GH2E and TBCO in the context of their sale to JR BTP

Coblence avocats has advised and assisted the shareholders of GH2E (a public works company) and TBCO (a firm specializing in civil engineering and masonry structure construction) in the context of their sale to the JR BTP group.

This transaction marks a significant milestone for these two companies, enabling them to broaden their expertise and seize new opportunities in the public works market in the Île-de-France region.

Founded in 1965 in Bondoufle (Île-de-France), GH2E has distinguished itself with its expertise in earthworks, network installation, and energy connections.

TBCO, acquired in 2017 by ALM, complements this profile with its expertise in civil engineering and masonry structure construction. Together, these entities have forged strong partnerships with prestigious clients such as ENEDIS and GRDF.

With this acquisition, JR BTP will strengthen its position in the public works market by capitalizing on the synergies created with the teams from the selling companies. The integration of GH2E and TBCO’s expertise within JR BTP aims to enhance the group’s service offerings in Île-de-France, increasing its competitiveness and capacity to respond more effectively and efficiently to client needs.
