Doctibike is a French start-up specializing in the repair and reconditioning of lithium-ion batteries for electrically assisted vehicles.
Financière Doctibike acquired 100% of Doctinnovation's share capital from Pat Com, which had held 85% of the shares for 2 years, and its co-founder, Anne-Sophie Caistiker.
In order to develop Doctinnovation's battery recycling plant, €1 million was raised from the Demeter and UI Investissement funds at the beginning of 2024.
