Coblence avocats advised and assisted all the partners of the Magic Online group in the sale of 100% of its capital to the CELESTE group, a fiber and cloud operator for businesses.
The Magic Online group is one of the pioneers in the supply of hosting and Internet access for businesses in France. Founded in 1991, Magic Online stands out for its secure web hosting solutions and its 4G and 5G offerings. The company is headquartered in the Paris region, and has operations in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Spain, Tunisia and Morocco, with almost 100 employees and 20,000 customers, including some top-notch references. In 2023, it generated sales of around 18 million euros.
This acquisition is the tenth in 5 years for CELESTE, which consolidates its position thanks to this significant external growth transaction.
The synergy between the two companies' offerings will enable them to offer a comprehensive and innovative range of solutions in their respective fields.
