Oasys & Cie, a consulting group specializing in assisting people and organizations in their transitions and transformations, has acquired 100% of the capital of internal and external corporate agency Alquier Communication.
Founded in 2013 by Jean-Christophe Alquier and Vincent Dujardin, the Alquier Communication agency has developed an expertise around corporate communications strategy consulting. It is operated by four experienced senior professionals, and in 2022 it achieved a gross margin of 1.3 million euros.
With this transaction, Oasys & Cie intends to complete and strengthen the current offering of Pyksis (integrated into the Oasys group in 2021), an agency focused on assisting sensitive reorganizations.
The entire Alquier Communication team joins the Oasys & Cie Group, while the agency's managers become partners in the Oasys & Cie Group.
