Vestiti, a clothing destocking company, together with the German TEDi group, has made an offer to sell the activities, employees and assets of the Max Plus group, a Rennes-based destocking group in compulsory liquidation. All 45 Max Plus stores in France are to be taken over under the Vestiti or TEDi banners.
