Coblence avocats advised LTH Holding on the sale of 100% of the capital of furniture retailer Lisa Design to SGPA.
Founded in 2013 by Ludovic De Azevedo and based in Cambrai, Lisa Design is a French retailer specialized in the sale of designer furniture. The company markets its products in B2C via its own Bestmobilier.com website and through consumer marketplaces such as Cdiscount, Conforama, But and La Redoute. With almost 10 years' experience in the sector, the brand offers a wide range of sofas and boasts fast-growing sales of around €40 million.
Through this LBO, it has acquired a company specialized in sourcing furniture, and more specifically sofas, from Eastern European manufacturers. Products are then distributed under its own brands (Bestmobilier and Lisa Design) and under Bobochic license, via its own website or partner distributors (Cdiscount, Conforama, But or La Redoute).
